Reimbursements are made for extenuating circumstances only. If you need to purchase something, please use the purchase form here.

To submit for reimbursement, please fill out the form and attach a digital copy of the receipt.

Forms submitted by 8 AM on Thursday will be processed by Friday end of day. The treasurer will contact you via email or classroom extension when your check is ready to be picked up.
