Events Donation and Volunteer Request

Please use this form if you have an upcoming event that you would like PTA to help with. Anticipate a minimum of three weeks before you will receive a response.

We can: 

- secure volunteers for your event.

- PTA presence at an event.

- donate items or funds for an event.

Each request will be reviewed by the PTA board on a bi-weekly basis. When we have reached a decision, you will be informed via email.
